Search Okfuskee County Deed Records Online
Okfuskee County deed records are on the OKCountyRecords.com statewide portal. This free site lets you search indexed land records from anywhere. The database has Okfuskee County records going back to the early 1970s. New filings appear as the clerk processes them.
Four search methods are available. The name search is best when you know who was involved in the transaction. Type the last name first, then the first name. Pick grantor, grantee, or both. You can set a date range and filter by document type. The subdivision search lets you find records by plat name, lot, and block number. The Section-Township-Range search works well for rural tracts that use the public land survey system, which is common in Okfuskee County. The fourth option is a document search using an instrument number or book and page reference.
Results appear in a table that shows the recording date, instrument number, document type, book and page, grantor names, grantee names, legal description, and a link to view scanned images of the filed document.
