Creek County sits just west of Tulsa. Sapulpa is close to the Tulsa metro area, which means the county sees a higher volume of real estate transactions than many rural Oklahoma counties. The oil and gas industry also drives a fair number of mineral deed and lease filings in Creek County.

Search Creek County Deed Records Online
Creek County deed records are available on the OKCountyRecords.com portal. The site is free to use and does not need an account. You can run searches from anywhere with internet access. The database has indexed Creek County land records and gets updated as the clerk processes new filings.
The portal offers four search methods. The name search is the best option when you know the buyer or seller. Enter the last name, then the first name. Select grantor, grantee, or both from the dropdown. You can narrow by date range and instrument type. The subdivision search handles platted properties with lot and block numbers. For rural tracts, the Section-Township-Range search works well since much of Creek County uses that system for legal descriptions. The fourth way is a document search by instrument number or book and page.
Results display the filing date, instrument number, document type, book and page, both parties, legal description, and a link to view the scanned image online.

Plat recording has separate charges. One block or less costs $10.00. More than one block runs $25.00. Pages listing over 25 legal descriptions get charged $1.00 per extra description.
