Wagoner County Recording Fees
Recording fees in Wagoner County follow the state schedule under Oklahoma Statutes Title 28, Section 32. A conforming deed costs $8.00 for the first page and $2.00 for each page after that. The $10.00 records preservation fee applies to every instrument. A one-page deed runs $18.00 total.
Non-conforming documents cost more. The first page is $20.00, and each added page costs $10.00, plus the preservation fee. That makes a one-page non-conforming deed $30.00 in Wagoner County. Wagoner County Deed Filing Requirements
